Terms and conditions
Terms and conditions apply to all our quotations, orders and deliveries. You can read them below and receive them free of charge on request.
1. What these terms apply to
These terms apply to the information on this website, to our quotations and offers, and to the communication preceding an order. Deviations apply only where we have confirmed them in writing. We reject a client's own terms unless we expressly accept their applicability in writing.
2. Obvious errors and slips of the pen
Printing, typesetting, clerical and calculation errors, and obvious mistakes, are not binding on us. This applies to this website and to quotations, order confirmations, drawings and other documentation. We are entitled to correct such an error as soon as we notice it, including after a quotation has been issued, and no rights can be derived from the incorrect statement. If you spot an error yourself, do let us know — we will put it right.
3. Quotations and offers
All our quotations are without obligation and remain valid for thirty days, unless the quotation states another period. An agreement only comes about when we confirm an order in writing or begin performance. A composite quotation does not oblige us to deliver part of it against a proportionate part of the price.
4. Specifications, dimensions and imagery
Classifications, standard references, dimensions, weights and material data in our documentation and on this website are indicative. Only the details in the order confirmation and the test reports and declarations of performance accompanying delivery are binding. Images and drawings convey an impression of the version and may differ from what is supplied. Dimensions provided by the client are for the client's account and risk.
5. Prices
Prices are in euros and exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Installation, aids, structural provisions and periodic maintenance are not included unless the quotation expressly says so. This website shows no prices; what you see on the website is never an offer.
6. Delivery periods
Stated periods are an indication and never a strict deadline. Exceeding them gives no right to rescission or damages unless we have committed to a firm date in writing. We report an expected overrun as soon as we become aware of it.
7. Governing law
These terms, and all agreements to which they apply, are governed by Dutch law. We submit disputes to the competent court in the district of our registered office, unless mandatory law designates another court.
8. What these terms do not cover
These terms concern our information, quotations and communication. Payment conditions, warranty, liability, retention of title and acceptance are set out per order in the order confirmation. Ask us for them before you sign and we will send them to you.
